We have launched a new patient portal in order to better serve our patients. Please note, that while patients will still be able to access the old portal to view and print records, patients will no longer be able to send messages to our office via the old portal. Additionally, all patients will need to re-enroll through our new portal using new login information. To receive your temporary login information and set up your new patient portal account, contact our office at 615.702.2086. Once you have set up your new account, you will be able to access the new portal, where you can send messages, book appointments, pay your bill, and more.
